Yes- it's mind boggling. She could do a public service announcement for teens (though her life already seems to serve as one).

Although I think they are are a disgusting couple (K-Fed? Ugh, he's worse than her-- and that's saying a lot)... I'm a bit surprised by the divorce. They seem like they've been all grossly tight together up until now. Not that it was a healthy kind of relationship... Lol, maybe K-Fed's fame is the cause. :)

I feel bad for the two children (isn't one still a baby?). Not only do they have the two most lame inept parents ever but now who knows how much they'll be tossed around in the court system.

I feel bad for the kids too, although, I felt bad for them before. Ahem.

Anyway- yes, one is still a baby. Not to judge K-fed unfairly, but I'll bet he won't want that much to do with them, anyway, based on his record w/ his other kids... I imagine Britney will be able to "negotiate" something to her liking at the very least...

I do wonder if Britney was waiting to see how his album did before filing... Seems odd she waited until a few days after. Maybe she was just being nice enough to give him a chance? Ehh- who knows. It is weird how she seemingly suddenly decided to drop him. Esp. after that Matt Lauer interview where she kept insisting they were not getting a divorce, etc... I don't think anyone can blame her, though.
