Grandma is finally home!

My Grandma came home from the rehab facility Thursday night. It was hectic and stressful, but I am glad to have her home! Just to put it into perspective she went into the hospital on December 25th, only stayed for three days and then was in the care home till now

That was a heck of a long time in rehab, but it's great she has all you close by to care for her. I'm really impressed at the responsibility you and your mom are taking on, your grandma's in good hands.
