Thanks to nexusogoo's coverage of the issue, I've been following the turmoil over the Creation "Museum" opening today over by the airport back in the 'Nati. Of all the commentary made by the bloggers, one issue really got to me. If they want to say creationism is true b/c they believe the Bible in spite of scientific evidence, fine. I know you love you home town, but about 60% of the time, it bugs the shit out of me. And stuff like this is about 50% of the reason why. (Sheriff Simon and his private army of abusive, anti-environmentalist officers is the other.)

Hahahaha, I remember that photo, and that was before I had known any of you guys!

I had heard about this years ago when they announced they were going to build it. My friend and I had standing plans to visit when it was open. It's going to be so amusing.

And, really, technically it's in Kentucky, which is what I'm going to say whenever this gets brought up in connection with Cincinnati. ;)

... and untill just a few years ago it was a fact that diamonds could not be replicated/created but now there are molecular twins available. The 'facts' are that neither science nor the bible can, at this time, prove that man did or did not. Both sides simply show evidence that could lead one to believe either theory. But no facts show either.... yet! (Who knows, maybe the world is flat and the sun does revolve around earth.. hmmm) ;)

btw.... You'll be pleased to know that it s all over the news as being in Petersburg, Kentucky.... and a non-mainstream religion is the caretaker/creators of it....
