Anyone have trouble with the Sephora Friends & Family order?

Not only did my code not work (20% off) but I also had an item I didn't order end up in my order.  I tried to call customer service but they were closed by the time I tried to call and in the morning they were no help.  The only compensation I was offered was 200 beauty points and a ( Read more... )

Same happened with me. As well as no samples or my murad bonus perk. I called twice and nothing either could do. I spend on average 300 a month at Sephora. I don't think fixing my order would hurt. I have so much stuff boxed still and reciepts I should return all that i can from previous orders. Bet they wouldn't like that.

Well that's what I threatened basically and that's when they offered the points. I'm still tempted to return the shit or call back and ask to speak to a supervisor directly. Seriously, the economy is crap and I do NOT have to pay retail for these things.

if they're not even going to offer the discount, i'd cancel the order before it's even shipped. and if it's already on its way, i would return it to the store. is the coupon still valid? is it valid in stores? i would return it all and request to repurchase it with the discount. if not, return it, and let them know that you'll be taking your business elsewhere.
