A part of my childhood died today....

Whenever I was 7 years old.. my dad took me and my brother to his friend's house to pick out a puppy.. I picked out the runt of the litter.. she was a liver and white Brittany Spaniel.. I named her Scruffy after my favorite movie when I was a little kid

thanks.. it was for the best.. it still makes me sad though.. at least she had a long full life..I keep looking up at the other dogs.. like expecting to see her.. just outta habit..
