Can I be the thousandth person to freak out over Duke Silver? Because it bears repeating that the addition of Duke Silver is amazing and truly inspired.

Because it can't be said enough: Duke Silver was an amazing choice. Also, I loved the detail that Ben's kid president campaign was what drove young Leslie to be the kick-ass Leslie Effing Knope we know today. Great job!

Thank you! Ben's campaign as motivation for Leslie has always been there in my head, and it was fun to have an opportunity to use it, here. I'm so glad you enjoyed ♥

Okay so this comment is way overdue. I've been on vacation and then got back only to promptly wreck my computer, so I've been a little out of pocket. But again thank you so much for taking on this prompt.

I loved having Duke Silver being Ben's guardian angel. I thought it was a fantastic choice, and I liked that in the end Leslie asked Ben to be her campaign manager and recognized the value of his pragmatism.

Thanks again for the lovely Christmas gift.

Oh my gosh, my response to this is long overdue -- you know how sometimes you put something off for five minutes and then you put it off for nearly two weeks instead?

I'm so glad you enjoyed! This second part was the trickier-yet-more-fun stretch (Duke Silver's voice was crazy), and so I'm really glad that it came off well for you.

I hope your 2012 is going slightly better and that your computer is (or will be soon) all better :)
