Dear United Airlines,
Just because you CAN legally overbook your flights by 30% "due to cancellation expectations" does not mean that you should. On Christmas. 100% of the people who bought tickets showed up? I for one am shocked!
.....so yeah I'm stuck in the airport until 6am tomorrow morning, at which time I will be flying not to Denver, but to DC. And I may never get out of there.
However, honesty compels me to add that the man upstairs at the red carpet club is a total sweetheart who has done everything possible to make me feel better, including giving me free drink vouchers. Also they have cheese up here. :|d
