I am jealous of all this travelling that you are doing! Glasgew sounds amazing. And have fun at Edinburgh! I think my parents totally loved it there when they went. Plus you can visit the castle and pretend you are at Hogwarts!

Thanks! Edinburgh was really fun, and I can see why people would actually recommend Edinburgh over Glasgow (it's the perfect blend of urban, suburban, and nature all into one perfectly situated city!). The castle was really beautiful; it's right in the heart of Edinburgh and situated on this amazing hill that gives you the perfect panoromic view of Edinburgh! If you ever make it up to this part of the UK, you should come visit, (:

How is Guy Fawkes day even celebrated? I just keep thinking of that episode of Daria when she kept seeing all sorts of holidays personified, and Guy Fawkes was the lead singer of a band, haha.

As far as I seem to understand it, people send off fireworks and/or they burn effigies of Guy Fawkes in these little mini bonfires ... haha! The fireworks really make me excited for New Years, though! (just like how the Starbucks Christmas drinks make me excited for Christmas, lol)

I come back December 29th, so it's actually not too far off in the distance ... we'll chill when I get back; no worries. The French don't really have any asses here, so kicking yours back home will totally bring me back to what is right and comfortable. How IS school going?
