Limbaugh is a strawman...a fat, stupid strawman.

And, this happens a lot in politics, where you 'assume' the other party is better on an issue and then come to find out that when that party is in power it can't find the will to move on it's strengths as it's always fighting to maintain the status quo on its weaknesses.

Now, we won't have to worry about gang battles on the border, just in National Parks...
