it only stops shit you're trying to do and since i installed service pack 2 my upload speed got capped hardcore!

I'm afraid to use it because of all the old proggies I got...I think the upload speed problem might be all the ports that it closes, there should be a way to relax the settings in the new firewall control panel

nah i found out that opt online capped my upload cos i was uploading way too much haha but i called them up and fixed that
