Oh . My. God. I'm tearing up here. Having NOT watched the episode with Krissy I don't know what I missed!!! Does Sammy have the amulet????!!!
And I loved your story. This IS so what needs to happens between the brothers after Benny has gone back to Purgatory and Amelia being left for Dean and family. :)

Oh you should have watched it, love! It was a pretty okay episode. And no, to my knowledge, Sam does not have the amulet. My headcanon suggests he does, I think it would have been OOC for him not to grab it. I'm glad you liked it, it's probably my favorite thing I ever wrote. Ever.

The understated heartbreak of both brothers here, just lovely. Love that it reads like a gen brotherly moment with a Wincest topping & A Season 8 Amulet fixit Yeah!

Oh Bloody Hell! That was beautiful..Even if they ever attempted to fix it on the show, none of their writers are capable of writing like this.

This scene is so much bigger and more poignant than I can handle. I cried much more than I'd like to admit. There is real poetry and emotion, here. I closed this fic feeling as though I'd had a great hug, and sigh of relief. Thank you. This was so beautifully and seamlessly entwined into my own head, I almost expect to see Dean wearing it, as Sam completes the last trial. There I go, confusing porn and reality...Again!
