Continuation: CDJapan

So... turned out Fedex updated the status of my package to "declined by the recipient", grrrrr..... >;(

CDJapan then email me to confirm about it. I clarified that it's not that I declined the package, but it's because the package got held in the Customs and Fedex can only offer me a choice whether to destroy the package or return it. Of course I ( Read more... )

Wow! That's really amazing! How nice of CD Japan :)
I gotta I stopped using them ever since I stopped buying J-Pop albums though.
Now, if only Amazon Japan's customer service is as reliable and top-notch as CD Japan's, I would still be using them today.

PS: But yes, I agree with you that the customs in our country sucks! I bet with you that they didn't actually "destroy" your package. They'd have open it and sell it off somewhere and pocket the money for themselves I bet *pfffft*

Yes, I'd never expect that they will refund the money, indeed so nice of them >///<

I guess I'll just wait a bit before I try to order any books online again though, LOL

As for the customs? Pfffft indeed and I bet that that's what happened also, totally sucks! D:

That sucks. But it's nice of CDjapan that they are reimbursing you back for the price.
