That is fantastic - gorgeous and quiet and perfectly paced. Perhaps oddly, considering that so much of the story is about words, some of my favourite moments are the silent ones (Snape setting snapdragon buds on the water for the fish) and the spaces between the words (the fact that you only record Harry's side of the written conversation under the door, for example).
Beautifully, beautifully done.
And CONGRATULATIONS!

I'm glad you mention that about the silence -- it's a key part of what I was going for, the weight of words, and their absence. And I'm really glad you liked the absence of Snape's side with the final letters. There were a lot of things I was aiming for with the way the letters are done, but regarding what you mention specifically, I wanted to emphasize how communication is an intimate thing. So, while I obviously wanted the reader to feel for them, I also wanted them to be excluded, to a certain extent, from the intimacy Snape and Harry develope.
