College dorms are bullshit. While there are some things that school just have to acknowledge by law, a lot of the things you've gotten in trouble for (i.e. the noise, marijuana NOT in your room) are just fucking stupid. As stated above me, if you wanted to be babysat and treated like a fucking four year old, you'd be in day care.
