Alright, it's been brought to my attention by both my boyfriend AND my girlfriend who doesn't even live with me yet that I eat barely anything most of the time. So I'm gonna make a concerted effort to keep track of what I eat, good and bad, so that maybe I can prove them wrong... somehow... or jolt myself into eating better at least, if not more ( Read more... )

I did! and I agree! But when I stress out a ton, I get nauseous whenever I eat (something I'm not sharing with Katie until AFTER she moves here... don't want to make her feel bad, and she will), so i have to really push myself.

Maybe when you're stressed try eating really small things, but more frequently? That way your body has less food to worry about at a time.

That's a good idea... I have trouble mostly because I'm the cook of the apartment, so I make the meals most of the time... and then I feel like I should eat what they're eating, or as much, etc.
