anyway, i just watched this french film.. which i have found that i love love love french film.. it is called Jules and Jim. i recommend it. it was made in 1962. very well directed.

have you seen godard's a bout de souffle (breathless)? its one of my all time favorites. i took french cinema in college and loved it. which lead me to also take post war german cinema. what a depressing class! lots of children dying and stuff, because germany was such a broken country. i liked french better. they were a lot like the beat movement here in america. anyway, make sure you check out breathless, and also the 400 blows.
