ah, thank you! :) Honestly, my colouring techniques are nothing special. On 19, I used curves a ton to lighten it up, and made sure the midtones contrasted a lot, since it was a really dark photo. I also kept the yellows down cos you can see even now it's pretty mustard. On 24, just some more curves to lighten it up, and some contrast. The light was really nice to begin with anyway. 26 was really tricky -- I had to lighten it very carefully cos it tended toward pink a lot, so I decreased the reds from time to time. Sorry, I don't think that really helps, but if you want a more in-depth explanation, I can do that. :)
Thank you! I think I can do with this. So, you pretty much messed around with the curves? I don't really know how to use curves very well. But it's ok.
I know it's vague (sorry!) but my curves aren't the same as CS2/CS3/etc. I use Elements and I can give you a screenshot if you wish, but I kept upping the highlights and midtone brightness slowly, while decreasing midtone contrast and leaving the shadows. I hope that helps too.
