macs are great but i just can't release myself from my PC's. guess i've just gotten too comfortable :)
but editing (both photo and video) is definetely preferred with a mac, so if you're still doing your photography, macs the way to go.

yeah, that was another reason, though a small reason since i'm still resisting the digital photography thing. THOUGH i have been playing around with video editing and it SUCKS on a pc. so, yay, now i just need a better video camera.

Macs are superior machines to PCs, operating system and all. The only bad thing is they're more proprietary and expensive. I think you'll be very happy with it.

Argh... you have fallen into the Apple trap! More people bought Macs to go with their *iPods* then for any other reason last year!

Overall they are pretty easy to use though, I'll grant them that.

"trap"? hehe, i don't feel like i've been trapped in the least bit. it seems like every hour i spend with it, the happier i am that i went Mac. so even if they did "trap" me, i'm glad! ;)
