Have I mentioned that I totally fucking hate Baltimore! I am so naive. This place is hell on earth and I promise to elaborate more on this when I am not at work. I feel like I seriously am going to lose it here!

Looks like I am headed to New York City for my next assignment in February. I will be working at the 3rd largest ER/trauma center in the US. I will be working in the Bronx but living in Manhattan by Central Park! I will be saving sooooo much money since I don't need a car and I will be rent-free in a $3500-4000/month apartment. Yay!!!!!!!!!!

I have been seriously thinking about travel nursing abroad for quite some time. I know that in the next 3 months that I am going to relocate to Dallas. I had a pregant 19 year old come into my ER last night complaining of abdominal pain. I told her that we needed blood and I was going to start an IV just as I do on 99% of the patient who walk through the door. She starts crying hysterically. I would have never guessed that I would have had more crazy experiences at a Kaiser ER than at Cedars Sinai within one week. Last week I delievered a 14 weeks fetus.
