Hello. Am revamping my wardrobe so here they are!

then length is 32 inches. the waist measures 12" across when unstretched and 20" when stretched. :3

the waist measurement is about 26 inches. it should fit someone with a waist size of between 24" to 28" depending on how high or low you wear it. :3

That's the skirt, no petticoat beneath. It's just been hanging in my closet, so, let me know if it's something you dig, and if so I'm pretty willing to go with whatever you think is fair on the item/money thing!
