How long do you want to keep these in?

And have you ever considered yarn? The thicker yarns like this

are REALLY comfy and soft to sleep in... they're VERY light weight, and the yarn isn't entirely TOO expensive, and it's not too hard to find (haven't ever looked around Hampton Roads, but I'm sure we could find some easily).

If that's not something you're interested in at all -- completely disregard all that I said ^.^

If you've got your heart set on "official" synthetic dreads, do you plan on purchasing them from a certain place, did you need to have someone make them custom for you, or? :)

Also, are you looking for thin, or really thick chunky dreads?
