Two things were on my mind today, both of which I desperately want to write about. Despite this medium has expired as matter of communication, it means something to me to get it out. The first is sociophilosophical in nature, the second is real world personal (and relatively universal) psychology.

I'll overlook the contradiction (at least to what degree creates it) and address the essence directly. The argument is that an undeveloped 13 year old child (what we have today) is no more qualified to fuck an old guy than an undeveloped 18 year old adult (what we have today). Point is, you say it is exploitative, but when is it not? What about that (age/2)+8 rule? What the fuck does age have to do with it, really? Fucking a retard and telling her you are 'exercising' is still pretty damn exploitative

And somehow the eighteen year old is magically more capable than the thirteen year old guaranteed, even when the older girl is even more of a retard? Furthermore, how sure are we that the younger is always going to be the submissive? Anna Nichole Smith may be like 38 or something, but she fucking tried to screw the money out of that old rich dead dude. Point is that age is a veryveryvery terrible predictor of anything. Correlation I bet for most things is around .65 at most. We can do better.

Plus, social contract. The social contract theory is flawless until you form a society. If the thirteen year old receives the proper education (like this identity-based mid school thing), .97 correlation guarantee that girl will be more competent (and capable about making decisions about humping old people, especially since no one understands their sexuality) than the average female adult today.
