Alright, solove honey in my lattes, but if you don't like a sweet touch just skip the honey. So make some strong coffee in the press. Drain coffee into another container of sorts, like a juice jug, and mix in honey to sweeten. You can rinse out the coffee press and then repour into there after that if you want. Throw some milk in a saucepan on the stove, low to medium heat. Stir it pretty constantly until it's just almost too hot to taste. Once the milk is good and hot, pour it in the blender. Hit the ice breaker button a few times, it should foam it up. Pour coffee and milk into cup at the same time, they mix better that way for some reason. (You can use a big spoon or ladle to hold back the foam while pouring, but it gets complicated when you're pouring both coffee and milk at the same time.) Spoon some foam off on top, and voila!
Ok that looks complicated, but I swear it's not. Yum.
