Half a cup of plain yoghurt, "some" fruit (we used blackberries and strawberries), add milk to the 12-ounce mark, and blend. Then taste and further blend in honey to get it sweet enough. I put half a scoop of protein into mine; I actually think it would have been better without, but I am trying to increase my protein intake.
We get a combined soy/whey protein powder by the container at Schnucks, so it can't be too hard to find.
