Ok so I can't apologize enough for my inexcusibly long absence, just hope that you all understand. So RL has been kicking my ass the past two weeks. First of all, on the 2nd and 3rd I moved all of my stuff into my new apartment, which is two hours away. Then, while I was there, I came to a realization. I am not mature enough to decide what to do

DOn't worry hon! <3 I totally understand. I've been FORCING myself for four years to get a degree in something when I'd rather be learning on the job. The problem is most things I'm interested in doing aren't even close to having apprenticeships available. I hate school with a passion and my motivation level is horrible. I actually dropped out one semester because in addition to my hate for school I also had some family and personal issues going on (including my obsessive ex which every time he contacted me sent me into a depression and I didn't want to leave my room). I honestly have no idea what I'm going to do with my life either. I'm currently working a job that should be able to get me at least a decent paying job out of college even if I can't get a job within my degree. And, honestly? I'm not really looking for a job directly involving my degree. I'd rather be employed in a secretarial manner for the government or work in human resources at a company (which they do hire my degree for

God it is sooooo nice to have someone on the same page as me! All but one (Derek) of my close friends went into college with their career plans set before they even graduated high school. Teachers and nurses and music majors, while I had, and still have, no clue. Thank you so much for this comment, it made me feel so much better, you can't possibly know. 'mmmmuaw!'
