I can imagine them being total goofs, actually helping people and stuff even though they're starving themselves :'D
And somehow, they feed off each other until, DUN DUN DUN, Barnaby arrives and wrecks it all 8D
Or, if set in canon, Keith was a vampire since the beginning and to save Kotetsu from Jake's beating, he turned him into one too. And Barnaby has to take care of him now because they're ~*~partners~*~
