I'm sure this is old news for people but there is some seriously shady price manipulation going down on the Chivalrious Chain.

it's rmt and they've been doing it a long time and on lots of items (i noticed it on diamond rings most recently). give it a month or so and se will ban them again, then a few months later they'll be back doing it again. endless cycle, fuck rmt, etc.

What should I do should I gm report it or does it not matter?

I submitted this form in March 2008, so yeah, it's been around for a while and SE knows about it. What Theraven said, they come back under different names after every ban-wave:

man, I've been trying to revive ballista when i was back for a few months, never happened though and I'm not getting my hopes up. ;/
