So, yesterday, I was in Edmonton for an ITG tournament. I didn't do so well, but meh, whatever. Alright, so i've been on this diet for about 6 weeks... I'd say there's been quite a change in that time...

Geez... This was me 6 weeks ago at 242 pounds...damn that's heavy.
