I thought about this a while ago but was reminded of it while replying in the thread about Palin's administration while she was mayor charging rape victims for the cops to investigate. I don't know if the phrase "A woman's right to choose" is an effective frame for advocating reproductive rights. I think that right-leaning conservatives believe
