This one for tuna

• 1/2 cup lemon juice
• 1/2 cup olive oil
• 1/4 cup soy sauce
• 2 cloves garlic, minced
• 1/8 cup chopped cilantro

I read an article about making marinades and I created this for some steaks. It's inspired by Belgian lambic. It was yummy. Here are 2 variants that turned out really well.
The base

• 2oz raspberry vinegar
• 2oz Leffe Blonde ale
• 4oz olive oil
• 5 leaves basil, chopped
• Salt & Pepper to taste

It's weird that I've got this constellation between lj, fartbook and twitter. My lj posts get imported into facebook as notes and my tweets become my status there. I made a change to my recipe, figured I'd share while I note the changes. This can be made vegan or with meat. Serves 8.

Ingredients

• green olives
• capers
• 1 cup fresh chopped basil
• 1 can peeled tomatoes
• 4 cans tomato paste
