hey, i was just talking to you yes and then was shocked to see you were from new zealand, which is fantastic, because i always need new friends who can understand the pain on tv one not playing the christmas special. you know, not that that has stopped either of us from loving the special and so on but, it's the principle of the matter. either way i understand if you'd rather not friend me but?

I'm not exactly from New Zealand, I'm actually Singaporean (and I'm in Singapore at the moment on holiday) but I go to Wintec in Hamilton so I spend more time in NZ than Singapore for now so that's why I changed my location thingy (also I, for some reason, always thought it was a lot more exciting to not have 'Singapore, Singapore, Singapore' as a location).

But yes, I think it is downright WRONG that Green Wing isn't broadcast far and wide all over the globe. Singapore's even more starved of Green Wing than NZ because I think they only showed series 1 and even that had bits censored out of it.

Now we must start campaigning to get TVone to put the special on TV so we can all sit around and watch it again and have a "live" chat thing while eating Gingernuts.

I'm studying Media Arts (Communications), majoring in Moving Image.

It's Singapore, Singapore, Singapore because we're just a tiny country and we don't have states or provinces so everything's just Singapore and it comes up looking a little silly. LOL.

YAY for Green Wing. I can't even count the times I've played it and skipped here and there to get caps and quotes or just to squee.

(I thought about the rest of my life without JRT and panicked and am now downloading Keen Eddie. Hehe. And I am pretty sure I will get the Confetti DVD when I get back to NZ 'cos I thought that movie was heaps of fun. Steve with a guitar? I'm so lovin' it.)
