Cute (PG-13 or below) schoolgirl crushing please, anons! Would love if it romance develops as well; Karina can't just crush on safely unattainable guys twice her age forever, right?

The rest is up to the writer, but one possible scenario that might be funny is if Kotetsu tries to hide this new obsession from everyone, only to find out that all the other heroes are also huge MLP fans.

But I need it like burning.

I'm also imagining Kotetsu trying to assign ponies to his fellow heroes.
Kotetsu: Hmm, Bunny can either be Rarity, because they're both prissy, or he can be Applejack, because they're both blonde. Ivan is obviously Fluttershy...

Now, according to my headcanon, at some point Edward made a deal with Ivan that he'd use his powers to turn into each of the ~hottest girls in the Academy~, so he could have sex with all of them. And that became a regular ocurrence whenever Edward found an attractive girl. Ivan's cute-little-uke attitude made it even better.
Take this anywhere. Edward/girl!Ivan; Edward/boy!Ivan; Ivan getting pissed off during sex and turning back into "Ivan"; Edward being a closet otaku and making Ivan cosplay, I don't know. Huge bonus for UST, and Ivan secretly loving this habit.

Impossible
I won't even give it a chance
Holding you
Improbable
You know you can't even dance
But it's you
I'm thinking of
It's just you

Karina glared in annoyance at the lyric she'd scribbled on the edge of her history notes. She could hear the song in her head already, hear herself singing it. It came so easily she almost wanted to call it inspired, but it was just the truth spattered across a few verses. An insipid, corny, awful love song that she shouldn't even sing, on the off-chance someone actually understood who she was singing about.
Of course, the first chance she got she was going to transcribe the notes of the song. It wasn't too bad by itself; the lyrics could be changed later. Except for the fact that she didn't want to change it. She could scarcely hold back from humming it. Karina looked down at her clenched hands and realized she'd snapped the tip off of her pencil.
She grimaced down at the broken lead and splintered wood, wishing she wasn't in class, so she could scream. Why do ( ... )
