So how about some Keith/Yuri. Yuri does regular research on the heroes as a matter of course. Along the way, he discovers some of the secrets that our beloved Sky High has been keeping under wraps (these can be whatever author wants--family killed, family abusive, really any kind of abuse).
After another rash of Lunatic killings, none of the Heroes can see a connection--except Keith, because every person who died was someone who hurt him in the past. So when the time comes for Sky High to confront Lunatic again, he can't decide whether to capture him, or thank him.
Up to anon which he chooses!
* Bonus for Keith not being (quite) as airheaded as he seems--if it's at least partly a defense mechanism.
* Super bonus for traumatic flashbacks, because OP has a Suffering!Keith kink.
* Hand-knit Internet Sweater for porn.
(but above is totally, completely, 100% optional. OP is just as fine with platonic relationship as with porn.)

I think I want to write this, I've been plotting it out in my head, but I can't decide. Happy(ish) ending or tragic ending which may or may not involve character death?
(Left to my own devices, I'd go for the uber-angst, but a lot of people don't like that, and this is a fic request rather than my own thing, sooooo...)

In case any possible authoranon gets inspired I don't mind not having Kotetsu and Barnaby as a pair. It would just be really COOL to see something Fate inspired.

I want to see Barnaby being difficult in a relationship when it comes to intimate matters, like:
- Touching his hair too much needs to be negotiated (but he'll happily caress his partner's - he knows how to do it without messing someone's hairdo).
- He'll enjoy fingering them, but he'll be cleaning his hand afterwards with an antiseptic tissue while the other is still trying to catch their breath.
- Taking a shower both before and after sex is not absolutely required, but heavily preferred, and good luck trying to skip them without a very good reason or a great deal of convincing ( ... )
