I think when I return to school in a week or so, besides scrambling to find out what kitchenware and furniture I need to help supply the apartment with, I'm also going to try out a sleep diet.

Apparently taking a 20 minute nap every 4 hours does provide a body enough unconsciousness to maintain a refreshed disposition, and the amount of extra time ( Read more... )

My friend did that for a week or two Freshman year in college... and he eventually gave up because he got too tired.
