happy new year all! wake up, take a long shower, and try to shrug off those hangovers.

ironically i spent last night with my parents, our pastor and another couple from our church.

Olde Lang zign...not really. Whenever I sing that song it turns into "you're a grand old flag" somehow:
"Let old acquaintance be forgot, keep you eye on the grand old flag. You're a grand old flag, you're a high-flying flag...wait...argggh"--that's what my singing of it sounded like last night. i couldn't get out of the flag trap somehow.

i guess the strings get crossed at grand old, i know grand isn't in aud lang zin (shwatever) but it sounds like it could be and thus should be, and there we are
