IT IS! It's like 180 proof and I received a bottle every year for x-mas. I would just DOUSE myself in it until I discovered the even more glamorous electric youth and ! (exclamation). There is a bottle in my grandma's bathroom to this day. OH YEAH AND BABY SOFT AND IT'S VARIATIONS GOT ME IN ALL SORTS OF A TITHER ONE CHRISTMAS.
