I've been promoted! (yay for things finally happening)!  I start training next week with the pay raise and everything.  I have been considering whether or not to keep my job or to keep looking for something new and I don't really know the answer to that yet.  What I do know, however, is that I am sending in my cover letter and

That's great Tara! Congratulations! As far as the RD thing goes, I think you would make a great RD. I miss college students too. I really miss the whole college atmosphere. I was at Hope a couple weekends ago for my sister's graduation. I was kind of strange, and really nice at the same time to be back. I went to the Communications Department reception and saw all my old profs. I really liked that. I hope the promotion works out for you. What position are you being promoted to?
