You're lucky you got breaks during your interview day. When I went down to Houston to interview with Albemarle, I didn't get any breaks. I met with my host engineer for breakfast at 730am (informal), then I had to meet with the plant manager at 8am. I had interviews straight until 12. One interview was more like an oral exam, where he just quizzzed me on chemistry/chem eng. concepts. I was then taken out to lunch by the young engineers. After lunch, I had another 2.5 hours of interviews. So all in all, I had 6.5 hours of interviews with only 1 1-hr break for lunch. It was a stressful day. Just found out the other day that they chose not to make me an offer after all that.
