Reward/punishment agreements are simplistic to maintain between assigned pairings. Ship-wide methods of doing so, however, appear to be inherently flawed. A provision for appeals is also non-existent, forcing the inevitability of errors in judgement ( Read more... )

I think this is a good idea, but the decision to implement has to be unanimous. I can see why people would have personal objections.

So far, the suggestion has yielded 100% interest. This is an excellent democratic mandate for its future inclusion.
