perhaps it's because i don't have to deal with the issues of the world outside the campus. it's just me, my books and a bit of the monsoon sky above. haven't stepped out for a couple of weeks. m. is visiting me in a couple of weeks, perhaps that's when i'll go to the river ganges and have a pastry or two in one of these tourist cafes.
i find myself smiling often - more often than before.
