It's a little hard to study law when the very people who are supposed to apply it can't even understand plain English. When the Constitution says the President cannot appoint 2 months prior to any presidential election except temporary appointments in the Executive Dept. or when public safety requires it, YOU'RE JUST SUPPOSED TO FOLLOW THAT RULE.

Edwin, law school becomes a joke once again. It's the very reason why I do not wish to be part of it (if I only had a real choice). Sad indeed.

God knows what legal monstrosities we'll encounter when we take up the bar. Cases that we know are tinged with arbitrariness and malice. haaaay.
