The 4th is over, the damn firework noise can start going away, now!

It seems to me that several people on my flist are suddenly not 'mutual' anymore. That is; they have *me* listed as a friend, but somehow they are not listed back as my friend. Which is nutty, because some of these people? I have been mutual friends with for a decade or more.

I'm not very active on LJ these days, reading rather than posting, but having just compared my flists, it appears indeed that I may have dropped off yours. :-(

Up to you whether you want to add me back or not, since not a lot is happening on mine.

I seem to be one of the few people who has "enjoyed" the last year and a half, job security came just in time for the pandemic and health-wise working from home was a blessing.

Very glad to hear the exSO is doing better, I still remember that one piece of fiction he wrote that you shared... way back when!

At this point, i'm going to have to go through my whole damn flist. Sheesh!

I...totally get that. I was perfectly happy to be home, only going in to work a couple time a week for an hour or so, and keeping the hell away from everyone else. It worked for me! I'm glad it worked for you, too.

Thank you! He's working hard to cut way down on the salt thing - that's the worst for him. No more sunflower and pumpkin seeds! (At least, not the kind he's used to.)

Just saw this through a mutual. But have been off LJ for a bit, so don't know if I'm seeing your posts in my timeline.

Weather in CA is HOT!! And damn neighbors are still setting off fireworks. :(

Yup, some of us are still right here, even though a lot of us crosspost via DW.

It was super-hot here, then cool, now it's warming up again. I'm so over summer already.... But, at least we don't have wildfire (yet) - i hope you and yours are safe!
