I'm surprised they didn't just have a spreadsheet that only had open areas during times they took appointments. Or, if they used that system, how someone fucked it up. I hope they do get things straightened out for you.

Ugh, hope you are OK.

I had the same pain my last Dr. appointment, they canceled all of Fridays appointments and had double the people on Monday.
