I really loved the ep, Misha distracted me so much with his performance that it wasn't until after the ep that I thought "wait a minute, rogue reapers? WTF?" And I didn't like the business with Ezekiel telling Dean to throw Cas out. Like you said, it didn't make sense and it was all so rushed and inexplicable. Why would the angels be able to track Cas now? I don't know what to make of all that. I hope in the big picture it will all make sense.
But it was such a treat to have so much Cas in an ep I'm willing to forgive a lot.
I was thrilled with such a Cas-centered episode. I cannot lie. I love Misha and his portrayal of Cas. I trust that Carver will not just throw Cas on the street, so I am willing to forgive as well, but, you know, he looked so sad at the end. I wish they'd let the scene play out.
