Well, I'm sorry you're subjected to the glorious cluster-fuck that is the Cheetah, but I understand how it is.......desperate times call for desperate measures. I've actually not been there myself, but have definitely heard of it. Good luck with it, and may the force be with you.

(God, I will never get laid)

lol

P.S. That phrase "cluster-fuck" was something I stole from your friend Morning Kat. She said it back in high school and I continue to use it 'till this day.

At the Cheetah, huh? Well... I've only been there once before. It's a rather plastic joint. Hope you at least get paid well.

raw diets are interesting to me. do you eat things like bread tortilla pita or stuff like beans and rice that has been dried and rehydrated?

nope. I do eat bean sprouts, but the dehydrated beans and rice have gennerally been blanched before dehydration or dehydrated at above 115 degrees farenheit and therefor won't sprout/are no longer living.

I do make a rockin raw hummus with raw tahini, raw garlic, a lemon and sprouted garbanzo beans :)

i've been wanting to try making hummus for a while. i think id try including roasted red peppers and roasted gahlick (cooked is yummier). do sprouted beans make it taste different or is that what is generally use? do you buy the tahini or make it? i tried making tahini outta sesamee seeds, and damn i was grinding that shit all day! and what about canned and jarred stuff? do they heat treat them to prevent bacterial growth?

the sprouted is definatly different normally you could just used the cooked ones from the can, I get pre-made raw tahini from sev, most of it has been cooked but in the refrigreated section in the back of sev there is a raw section

I'm always up for answering questions to the best of my ability, as long as there aren't any badges involved ;)
