I just discovered this story, and read all so far -- what a treasure! I admit, I thought, "Dean and a daycare center with angels -- yea want some fluff!" before reading. But now? Yes, okay, it's warm and feel-good-y many times. But it's far, far more layered and complex than I had imagined it before reading. The intricacies of angel-human relations, for example, which you don't just tell us exist, but illustrate with the shock of the wing-pulling incident -- it's a growth experience for Dean and John, but for us, too. The contrasts between Castiel and the other angels. Dean's well-earned Muggle life, its ups and downs. The sparkling relationship with Sam.
Erm. This story is just utterly luminous, and -- oh, I know you just posted this update yesterday, so I can't beg for more yet, but know that I enjoyed this HUGELY, and when you have another update it will be devoured by me with all the anticipation and appreciation of Dean (and Cas!) for blueberry pie.
