i am so fed up of shit music, people who are just following everyone else, and only have one point to it, and the fact that i have to get drunk every time i go out just to be able to put up with the cheese and random music thats played all the time. i just want to go home, it was a total mistake to be here, and i wish i could take it back.

thats sucky for you, perhaps you'll feel better when you're not drunk. Slightly related, while I don't don't like uni, as soon as you mention that you miss people from home, people look down on you and frown, its so odd.

i think a lot of people at uni genuinally try and believe that going out and listening to the same crap music and spending like £30 on alcohol just to enjoy yourself constitutes a good night. maybe i'm just being naive - or maybe i just want to believe there's actually more to people - but i cannot actually accept within myself that people genuinally enjoy doing this exact same thing like 5 nights in a week

i know it sounds pathetic/cheesey but i'd just like to say a really big thanks for this post and comments, i've been having one of my stupid feeling down all the time things lately and alot of the time i just wish i was sitting at home even just doing nothing and being bored with everyone else rather than being here and feeling forced to go out all the time, talk to people i dont really know/like and confront everything i dislike about myself over and over
