It would be really really really really great if someone who came to look at my apartment was over the age of 20. I just can't. It's just going to be a nightmare. Do I suck it up and pay the huge-o-matic rent August 1 just because I can't possibly live with a teen

i dont know how you'd feel about this (in fact, i dont know how i feel about it), but i have been planning a move back to richmond, and my housing plans have fallen through. im sure i wouldnt be the first person you would think of living with, but if you need a roommate and the location/rent/etc works out, i wouldnt be opposed to it. in any case, i totally understand if you say no way, but drop me a line if you want to talk any more about it.

you know, it would probably be just fine, actually. you already know most of my shortcomings (drinkin' n smokin') and I'm at work SO much that it might work out fine...
