SPN NJ Con Pictures #3 (Sunday)
Katherine Boecher
I didn't really know what to expect from Katherine, so I was pleasantly surprised when she turned out to be super awesome. Her panel was funny and engaging, and she seemed like a genuinely nice person (who really loves Jared's muscles and is intimidated/awed by Jensen). Even in the autograph line she was just so nice--and by that point I was sick of waiting in lines, tired of being herded around like cattle with a bunch of people, and I knew I had a 3.5 hour drive ahead of me, and I had spent way too much money for the whole weekend, so I had my pissy face on, but she totally made me smile. So, cool lady.
Samantha Smith
Her panel was a smidge on the boring side, but she was okay. In the autograph line, I was actually a little intimidated by her, so I just stood there and then was like, "Hi. Um, bye." My mom and I were impressed that she signed two different things on our autograph sheets. Yeah. Wow.
Misha Collins
Misha didn't disappoint (except for maybe those five minutes when he was trying to get that girl to do the Alastair impression). And the "spit or swallow" question was probably the funniest thing I've ever witnessed at a convention. I was laughing too hard to take pictures of his reaction.
Rob Benedict
Rob is so much like Chuck (actually, maybe even a bit more Chuck than Chuck is). Someone asked about working with (read: making out with) Danneel and he told a cute little story about that (though, I think he pronounced her name "Danielle"). Overall, nice panel, nice guy, nice end to the con.
