I've just caught the tail end reports from AOU Amusement Expo highlighting upcoming games for this year. Of interest are SFIV, Samurai Showdown Shin and KOFXII. The one that really caught my attention was BlazBlue, hightlighted in this article:

Though further reading shows that hopes for this actually being set in the GG universe are probably fruitless - the original famitsu preview talks about how it's being released 10 years after the first Guilty Gear, and is set in a new universe. Oh well. Arc System Works is still the best fighting game developer out there these days.

Ah! That's too bad - but regardless, footage of Iron Tager breaking people over his shoulders is almost a guarantee that I'll be picking it up the first chance I get. :D Hopefully they'll also have a female character I can play that isn't disfigured as poor Baiken.

Well buddy, I'm trying to schedule my defense for the first week of May. I'll probably have a month before I get swept away by clerkships.
